Kristian Alfonso and Peter Reckell have reunited for the upcoming 60th season of the long-running daytime soap 'Days of Our Lives.'

It looks like "Bope" fans' dreams are coming true as Days of our Lives is bringing back iconic favorites Peter Reckell and Kristian Alfonso as Bo Brady and Hope Williams Brady.

Alfonso returned in April 2024 to film the on-air funeral for the late Bill Hayes (ex-Doug Williams), but Reckell’s character did not wake up to join her, prompting a fan outcry. “What I will say is don’t give up hope,” Alfonso teased to TV Insider at the time of a Reckell comeback.

Here’s great news for longtime “ Days of Our Lives ” fans. The soap is set to bring back the show’s iconic couple Bo and Hope, as the pair will reunite to introduce Salem to a new chapter in their romance.

Luckily for fans of the show, two years later, both Alfonso and Reckell revived their characters on Peacock’s spinoff, Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem, for a five-episode arc. On the spinoff, it was revealed that Bo was not dead but being held in a cryogenic chamber.

Bo and Hope are returning. Kristian Alfonso and Peter Reckell will reprise their popular roles for a special arc airing in May of 2025. The actors are filming their scenes now to help celebrate the soap’s 60th season.
