It was the most wonderful time of the year for college football fans as bowl season has come and gone. And this year, there was more to get excited about with the expanded 12-team College Football Playoff.

The Wisconsin Badgers missed the college football postseason for the first time in 23 years in 2024. The team’s final 5-7 record was its worst since that 2001 campaign. Many program firsts were set along the way, highlighted by the team losing all three trophy games to Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota by a combined margin of 110-42.
