At least two people were killed and several others injured during a shooting at a Christian school in Madison, Wisconsin, on Monday, casting the small religious community into mourning just days before the school was going to close for Christmas.

A teacher and a student were killed Monday morning after a student at a private Christian school in Madison, Wis., opened fire with a pistol, police said. The suspect was also pronounced dead at the scene.
