PHILADELPHIA -- Svetlana Dali was arrested for the second time this month on Monday. She was first arrested by the FBI on Dec. 4 for allegedly s towing away on a Delta Air Lines flight from the United States to France. (The video in the player above is from previous coverage.)
Dali, who is accused of sneaking onto Delta Airlines flight DL264 at JFK without a boarding pass, was taken into custody in Buffalo, where she will appear in court before a federal magistrate Tuesday.
