Raleigh: Snow and sleet likely before 10 p.m. Friday, then snow and sleet possibly mixed with freezing rain through the night into Saturday morning. Precipitation is expected to stop by around 10 a.m. Saturday, followed by clearing skies and a high around 44 degrees.

As of Tuesday morning, we are keeping an eye on the pattern. A small shift in the track and the arrival of cold could mean the chance of snow in parts of central North Carolina early next Monday. Right now, it mainly looks like chilly rain expected for the Triangle.

The entire St. Louis metropolitan area is under a Winter Weather Advisory late Thursday and into Friday morning as another round of snow hits the region. While this system will be less intense than Sunday and Monday's storm,

Central Kentucky could get another half-foot of snow this weekend, as the state is under another winter storm watch issued by the National Weather Service.
