In the consolation final, the Lightning allowed two power-play goals in 30 seconds to propel Northfield to a 4-0 win Saturday, March 8, at 3M Arena at Mariucci on the campus of the University of Minnesota.

In the third period, Northfield’s Miles Kennelly made it 3-0 with a goal at 1:44. The Raiders made it 4-0 on an Oliver Benjamin goal. Geiger earned his second assist and his third point. Northern Lakes’ sophomore goalie Sam Suja recorded 19 saves and was replaced by Hunter Moreland for the last 8:30. Moreland tallied three saves.
