The NFL is heading into the home stretch of the season with the conference races heating up. The Philadelphia Eagles have tied the Detroit Lions for the top seed in the NFC, but the Lions currently hold the tiebreaker due to having a better conference record.

With Denver's win over Indy on Sunday, the AFC playoff picture looks clear. The seven teams aren't locked in yet, but they could be soon.

The weekend opened with a huge NFC West matchup between the 49ers and Rams in Santa Clara. The Rams pulled out the 12-6 win and find themselves firmly in the mix for the NFC West title. That was the first of what is a busy Week 15 for the playoff picture.
