"Hammy" has been the voice of Cleveland baseball for 35 years and along the way became a beloved member of the Northeast Ohio community.

Tom Hamilton is the legendary voice behind so many hall of fame-worthy calls in the last 35 years of Cleveland baseball that it is impossible to imagine a Guardians game without the 70-year-old Wisconsin native behind the mic.

Tom Hamilton, who has called Cleveland Guardians games on the radio for 35 seasons, has been selected as the 2025 recipient of the Ford C. Frick Award, presented annually for excellence in broadcasting by the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.

Wisconsin native Tom Hamilton, who's been the radio voice for the Cleveland Guardians since 1990, will be immortalized in the Baseball Hall of Fame.
