KIEV, Jan. 3 (Xinhua) -- One person was killed and four others were injured in a drone strike on Ukraine's Kiev region on Friday, acting governor Mykola Kalashnyk said in a statement. The air defense was operating in the region, and wreckage from intercepted drones damaged 14 private houses, an outbuilding, two car washes, and a power line.
