Delhi High Court judge Justice Rekha Palli on Monday recused itself from hearing AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha’s plea challenging the cancellation of his official bungalow allotment. Justice Rekha Palli stepped aside from the case and directed that it be listed before an alternate bench on December 18.

AAP MP Raghav Chadha on Monday moved the Delhi High Court seeking to restrain the authorities from taking any action in relation to a letter cancelling the allotment of his government bungalow

Appearing on behalf of Chadha, senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi requested for an early hearing citing “extreme urgency”.

Raghav Chadha’s appeal was listed before a bench of justices Rekha Palli and Saurabh Banerjee on Monday but was put off to Wednesday
