Bengaluru Police have arrested Nikita Singhania, the estranged wife of deceased Bengaluru techie Subhash Atul, along with her mother and brother. The arrests from Gurugram and Prayagraj came in connection with an abetment to suicide case.

In the latest development, Bengaluru police have arrested Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania, his brother-in-law Anurag Singhania, and his mother-in-law Nisha Singhania for an alleged abetment of the suicide of the techie.

They have been accused of demanding Rs 3 crore to withdraw cases against Atul and Rs 30 lakh for visitation rights to see his son.

Nikita Singhania and her family members were arrested from different cities and brought to Bengaluru, police said. They were remanded to judicial custody after being presented in court.
