Guilford Courthouse National Park is a very popular park for locals who go there more to enjoy outdoor activity than to benefit from its historic importance. Pets are permitted on the grounds, but not in the museum buildings.

Yes dogs are allowed in the park.

How long should we plan for the tour?
A:
1 to 3 hours, it is up to you, the tour is flexible and you go at your own speed, most of it is just walking around on your own.

Are there picnic areas?
A:
I honestly don't remember any picnic areas or tables but there is plenty of grassy areas for a picnic.

A:
You can call 336-525-3009 and it will start the tour. It also sends you a link to the web site that was a little easier to use.
