We like to try beaches with unique sand, this one is up there. The Chocolate brown sand is very different, still soft to walk in. It was fun to watch the surfers too. Full review by Trevor P

I'm sorry, Donna, but I have no idea of what the rules might be, other than it's a public place, so any rules would, I think, be local ordinance and state law. (There are at least two restaurants close to the beach, and I do think there are restrictions on smoking near entries, but I'm not familiar with the particulars.) I might add that it's usually either fairly breezy or quite windy, so any smoke, cigar or otherwise, will behave accordingly.
