Perillo guides are all very knowledgeable and helpful when you need extra help ( finding a pharmacy, etc). Had a very hot October tho and some of the hotels turn off their a/c! Full review by GrandTour60871533742

Terrible customer service. Had to reschedule my trip and Perillo took $1,400 from me. I am a teacher on a budget. I only wanted the money transferred to another trip and they would not allow this. Full review by joannagD2835SG
