The 6 year old might make it through if they are mature and well behaved, but highly doubt the 4 year old would be able to get in. It’s a great tour but definitely taken very seriously by the security guards and tour guides - for good reason - they are responsible for quite a bit of gold and money for our country and others!! I also agree with the first poster that the topic might be somewhat advanced for little kids, who therefore might start to get antsy, taking away from the other guests’ experience. On our tour, our (amazing) guide actually corrected kids older than mine (9 and just barely 7) for goofing around and not paying attention. I think at first we were all taken aback, but then appreciated the respect that is expected. Hope that helps!!
