Went to a concert here. It's a hug venue and really cool. It's beautiful on the outside as well so I can recommend to visit, even if you don't have tickets to am event. Full review by Ida S

yes. I went to two different events at the Dome and took my own food 2 of 3 days I visited. I saw lots of Japanese eating their own food from home. I doubt that alcohol would be allowed. The Dome employs a group of people who check contents of visitor's bags at entrance. They didn't object to food.
