Is jogging through the paths at Gibbs Gardens prohibited? I realize they are used for strolling, but would jogging around the paths pose a problem?

I am a licensed drone operator. Is drone photography allowed? I can not fly over people so I was wondering if it was allowed on the outskirts of the park. Thank you
