As far as I know, it's open everyday... they normally hv some kind of exhibition over the weekends which draws a good crowd, but the gardens are open for everyone to visit. Best time …
As far as I know, it's open everyday... they normally hv some kind of exhibition over the weekends which draws a good crowd, but the gardens are open for everyone to visit. Best time would be btwn 1100-1500 to avoid normal traffic conditions in tht area, as it a very busy road network. Rgds
