The monument has a circular paved drive around it that can be completed in under 6 minutes, though the road has some potholes, so drivers should exercise caution. While we didn't get a close-up look,… Full review by TravelsNTreasures

Plenty of parking on site and free to visit. It is a huge monument with tons of detailed sculpting. Each side has a different aspect to the founding of Plymouth. Great spot for a picture. Full review by Dewayne P

No fees at all. If you want to take part in the walking tours launching from downtown (i.e. the Jenney Museum) there would be fees. But none to drive up there and walk around.

It is open at all times, with no fees. If you are interested in a walking tour contact Leo or Nancy Martin at the Jenney House and Museum (508) 747-4544. Leo's tour is 2nd to none.
