We often use this trail to go for walks, running, or take our bikes. It is beautiful, and continues on for miles. Great for families and not very steep in any area. Full review by rendezvousmtlehman

You probably want a paved stretch. Check out the area each side of McKee Road (under the power lines). Cross street is High Drive / Wells Gray Ave in east Abbotsford. There’s lots of areas where the trail utilizes road & sidewalks in Abbotsford. Some parts using road are designated bike route with road lines separating you from traffic but no real barrier.
