Hello, The ranch is in full winter mode with guest currently. My guess is they are not in the office? They actively spend time with dining with the guest and riding with guest. They also had a death in the family "The Matriach " of the ranch. I think a lot of mourning may be at hand? I would go online to Circle Z and leave your request and they will get back to you!!
